User: Bazley very good here is a tip for noobs- when starting spend all of your starting gold on an army. Then do quest of carrying parcels from your hometown to neighbouring towns and then back a again. Do this until you have a sizeable army and good equipment a potions.

All you have to do is capture one town and seven of the thing i will tell you about can take over every single town castle fort in the game without dying once. ALL YOU DO IS TAKE OVER GROUZENO ON THE ISLAND FAR AWAY. DONT TAKE OVER ANY OTHERS. BUY 7 GREAT HEROS FROM THAT TOWN. ARCHERS FILL THE REST. THE SEVEN GREAT HEROS CAN DESTROY EVERY SINGLE ARMY IN THE GAME AND YOU WIN WITHOUT LOSING ONE MEMBER OF YOUR ARMY. TO recap take over that town buy 7 great heros only 1500 ea and then you can take over any town and you wont lose a soldier. i think this is because the creater weighted the great heros bad.
